He's Here!!

Just a super quick update to let you know Owen William arrived into the world last night on Tuesday, October 29th at 8:49 pm after around 10 hours of labor. His birth story is a bit shocking, terrifying and amazing , so it may take me a few days to put it together, but let me just say it was unexpected. But Owen arrived happy and super healthy. Our nurse started calling him an A+ baby after his first breastfeeding and dirty diaper. He's sleeping next to me as I write this and I am in love!!! Unfortunately, I am typing this on B's phone and I've only had about 3 hours of sleep since Monday morning, so I can't figure out how to upload a pic, so please take my word for it that he is gorgeous!

    Owen!!! What a beautiful name!! Love it. I had a pretty strong feeling you were headed down the labor path at your last entry. Cannot wait for the full story, but I totally understand those first few days of having a newborn. Sleep is oh so precious, and cuddling is the best.
